Architecture and team work

Team work is the best, and worst thing about architecture. You learn from some and learn how to communicate with humans(which is something I don't do often).
The down side is you'll be put in a group with those people who are so difficult sometimes. No no no, I don't mean the kind that wait last minute to do their part or wait for you to do it for them. I mean the kind that are big headed and way too headstrong that this probably isn't even the right profession for them.

How do I compromise to the extent that my idea is completely thrown out, and you still find it in you to complain when I do ALL the work that you could not do because you cannot use 3D programs?!!

I could not deal....but I'm taking it as a learning lesson. Now I think I know how to deal with difficult and overly headstrong people in groups. Main pointer for all of y'all: make them think everything is their idea, even when it isn't. All super headstrong people need is done one to boost their confidence because they probably didn't get that at a young age and that is why they grew into these empty  metal cans. Hard to break but also noisy AF!
